Processing Time
Every order is processed in 1–3 business days (not including weekends and public holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive a WhatsApp notification from our customer support team once your order has been shipped and is on its way.

We currently ship within United Arab Emirates. Shipping method options include:

- Mobile Van Installation on-Site - starting from AED 250.00
- Shipping to Installer Partners

When your order is shipped, you will get a WhatsApp with tracking or status on your order.
Delays & Exceptions
While we will do our best to ship on time, delays that happen with the shipping company are out of our control, but we will reach out to the courier to assist in the resolution.
Tyre inventories are split across several warehouse locations (Dubai, Ajman, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah) and shipments are arranged based on inventory levels as well as the installer selected by the customer. In some instances, if inventory needs to be transferred to the warehouse of your selected installer, additional time may be needed that may lead to a short delay on the installation date or delivery schedule.
