At TyresCart, we keep you informed from the moment you place your order until the moment your tyres are fitted or delivered.
We believe that clear, timely messages are the key to hassle-free shopping, so here's what you can anticipate:
For Tyre Fitting Orders:
You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been processed.
We will inform you when your tyres are dispatched and check with the fitting center. If there is ever a problem or holdup, our staff will immediately call or email you to correct it.
For Delivery-Only Orders:
You will receive a prompt order confirmation.
We'll inform you when your tyres have been sent out, and give tracking information.
Regardless of the type of order, our staff updates you throughout, so you never know what is going on with your order.
