Return/Refund Policy

At TyresCart.ae, we are dedicated to providing the best customer service possible. We will gladly accept the return of an unused item within three days of delivery, provided the customer returns it to one of our designated drop-off locations or store. Customers may also request a refund or exchange if the item was defective upon receipt within three days.

All returns and exchanges will be accepted if the below conditions apply:

  • The item is unused and in the original, undamaged packaging.
  • The return/exchange must be requested within three days of delivery.
  • The original invoice from the purchase must be provided in order to complete the return or exchange.

Refund Process: For your refund inquiry, simply contact us on WhatsApp at +971 50 506 9575, and the refund will be processed within 10 business days back to the same payment method used to place the order, once reviewed and approved.

Exchange Process: Once your exchange request has been received, the returned item will be inspected. If the product qualifies, we will provide a product replacement of equal value, or store credit if preferred.

Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for shipping charges on returns when exchanging a product. We recommend that all products are shipped using a "trackable" shipping service to protect the product being returned, in case proof of return is needed.

Exclusions: TyresCart.ae reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange for any product which has been mounted, driven on, used, or damaged after being delivered.

Out of Stock: If a product ordered is "out of stock", we will provide an alternative option, if the alternative provided does not meet the needs or the customer wants a full refund, a full refund will be offered.
