The Dunlop Grandtrek PT5 is designed for SUVs and other 4x4 vehicles that will be spending the majority of their drive on paved surfaces. This design features a wider tread and a larger contact patch to feel reduced vehicle wobble and improved steering stability. The high-silica compound improves wet grip and reduces rolling resistance. The rounder contact patch distributes pressure for smoother shock absorption. Additionally, lateral grooves and an asymmetrical tread design cut down on road noise for a quieter ride.
